While a great deal of my day was spent doing homework and yelling at the computer when the school's server wasn't working right, I did get a chance to get outside today and it was LOVELY!! 66 degrees and partly cloudy! I love fall weather and it looks like Michigan is slowly working her way in that direction!
Granted, the weather is jumping back up into the 70's tomorrow but it won't be long before the temps dip a little lower, the trees turn into brilliant colors and there is that lovely, crisp, autumn scent in the air! Sweaters will become more prevalent and spiced cider will find it's way into my shopping cart at the store! I'll bring a book to the park and settle in on a bench and go back and forth between reading and watching the leaves fall! Today was a delightful tease of what is to come soon and I am greatly looking forward to it!
After 15 years of trying to finish my undergrad, I spent the week before finals in and out of the ER. During finals I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer. I graduated Magna Cum Laude the next weekend from Western Michigan University. I am now blogging about my experiences of fighting cancer & living life after in hopes of being able to help others.
