After 15 years of trying to finish my undergrad, I spent the week before finals in and out of the ER. During finals I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer. I graduated Magna Cum Laude the next weekend from Western Michigan University. I am now blogging about my experiences of fighting cancer & living life after in hopes of being able to help others.

Awesome Nurses!
After my port removal and saying goodbye to my chemo nurses before moving away from Michigan. Wouldn't be doing that without them!

365 Things to Smile About Day 290. 12 Hours!
I have to laugh because I went for 12 hours strait with work! I was exhausted when I got home, could barely move and collapsed into bed...but I DID IT! I worked a 12 hour day! And I have a lot more of them coming up! Lol! And it's going to be a struggle and a battle each time. But the long and short of it all is...I worked a 12 hour day so TAKE THAT chemo fatigue! You didn't win, I did! I came back from you and it's hard and I can't do anything afterwards but go home and crawl into bed but I WON!
