So last night my friend Ginny and I walked to a nearby self serve frozen yogurt and enjoyed some deliciousness and sat chatting for a while:). It felt so great that no flights and rides had to be set up to be able to just visit with friends!! Never take closeness of friends for granted! For five years and one fight with cancer I had to fly to see my friends maybe once or twice a year. Now I can go visit them just to go get some yogurt! Loving this!!!
After 15 years of trying to finish my undergrad, I spent the week before finals in and out of the ER. During finals I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer. I graduated Magna Cum Laude the next weekend from Western Michigan University. I am now blogging about my experiences of fighting cancer & living life after in hopes of being able to help others.

365 Things to Smile About Day 286. Frozen Yogurt!
One of the many things I love about living in Virginia again is being closer to my friends! Friday I left work, stopped by my house to grab some clothes and headed up to Northern Virginia to visit friends for the weekend! Just time hanging out with folks! No more timelines or planes to catch.
